All of our teachers get these rates and they are the highest (on average) in the UK. We pay our more of "your money" out to the teachers than any other agency. Combined with the fact that we are personal, honest (about schools) and friendly means that teachers are keen to stick with us and our schools. They cannot earn the same through any other agency.

We have teachers (who still teach up to 2 days a week) on the teachweb team. We are in regular contact with our customer schools, we know what to tell our teachers about them and we can assess teachers more accurately by meeting them in school.
We do not work on commission and we are eager to establish a good reputation so we have no interest in supplying poor quality staff to you.
